The Kid's Church is our school for children ages 5 - 12 years old
This ministry school model is broken up according to grade and learning level. Our goal and desire is to equip children with the fundamentals of the Christian faith, while empowering them to hear the voice of God. We believe that the children have the same Holy Spirit as the adults and when equipped will move in great faith releasing the Kingdom of Heaven in their life.
There is a foundational track of teaching that anchors the children to the basics of the Christian faith and establishes a Christ-Centered identity in their lives. Once this learning is completed they will move into how to follow the lead of the Holy Spirit and operate the gifts of the Holy Spirit. There is a level of faith that the children operate in that creates a culture of miracles and love. Our Children’s Ministry is committed to releasing this truth at Josiah Center.
Collision - Teen Ministry
Thursday Evenings @ 6:00-8:00pm - Ages 13-18
Jesus said in John 4, "The hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth." Our heart in this ministry is to see the next generation so devoted and messed up by the love of God that the entire mission of their lives become solely purposed on bringing God the ultimate glory, and showing the world the God who is Love. Jesus describes these radical followers of Him as "True Worshipers," those who worship God "...in spirit and in truth." We desire to see a generation of people who love God's presence and love God's truth, and that spend the rest of their lives sharing His presence and truth with the rest of the world. Jesus died to make us true worshipers. Jesus died that we would treasure God above all things, and count Him as our greatest gain.
Collision exists for the purpose of seeing the next generation become radically resolved to take up their cross and follow God. There is no age limit to being forever ruined by His love and goodness.
This is where the Collision of spirit and truth begins.
